For a taste treat, ladle this smooth sauce over pancakes, gingerbread, or frozen yogurt

¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon finely shredded Florida
  Orange Peel
¾ cup Noble Orange Juice
2 teaspoons margarine or butter

In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange peel. Stir in orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in margarine or butter. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
